Koray Karagozler (1985 – Germany). He was born in Stuttgart, Germany. He studied at the faculty of fine arts in Mediterranean University between 2005-2009 and got Bachelor of art degree in Sculpture. He started his conceptual and abstract studies during this period and he has participated in numerous exhibitions with his works. He became interested in the art of tattooing in college, and his tattoo designs began to reflect conceptual and abstract concepts. Using a combination between watercolor painting and tattooing, the artist takes a different approach to the “traditional” tattoo in Turkey. Between 2011-2014 he continued working in Istanbul to his design and tattoos. In 2014 he returned to Antalya. And in 2020 he moved to Berlin and the artist is still working in Berlin.
